You've met Charlene and Ryan your neice and nephew they would really appreciate being in contact with you now their 22 and 20 they want to know their Uncle. I need to no my brother, the family is so small now and we need to know your okay, if you've got a family and just to see and hear from you again. hi jim hopefully through time not in the distant future you will eventually read this. Its the youngest of the breed here (Dawn) just a quick note to let you know your now an uncle again to twins (Emma and Callum) who are 3yrs old now, also I am getting married this october and would love to have both my brothers present and by my side. Also dad is not getting any younger so it would please him to here from you. If anyone knows him or his whereasbouts please get in touch.

can you help me find my lost uncle?

Hi everyone, i am looking for my lost uncle Jim MacLachlan. I have a some background from my mother Catherine Hardie nee MacLachlan who would love to see him or even just know if he is okay.

His full name is James Wilson Maclachlan but he is better known as Jim. He was born on the 2nd of July 1962 in Ayrshire.He stayed in 27 Ferguson Street, Ayr and then the family moved to 1 Doon Avenue, Prestwick. This is where he and his brother Kevin and two sisters catherine and Dawn grew up. Jim attended Heathfield Primary and the went to Prestwick Academy. From what my mother tells me he also went to the Agricultural College in dumfries for a short time.

My mother described him as being tall with dark brown/black hair which was last seen in a box top style, she thinks he has blue eyes and is about 6ft2 and of slim build.

My mother and father last had an address for him glasgow only to find he had moved on. She has been searching for a very long time with no success.

Since Jim left his mother, my gran died which was very hard, his papa Barbour and papa Mac, my great papa's have also passed on. We know this might make it harder for him to contact us but we still love him and would love to make up for lost time.

We last seen Jim at christmas 1992 and he last called 'doon avenue' in august/september 1995 when he was told my gran had passed away in the july'95.He said he would call back in 5minutes and we are still waiting to this day to hear from him.
